ABOUT ME
I’ve spent over 20 years designing digital products, platforms, and systems that make complexity feel simple. What drives me is helping people find clarity, whether that’s through a cleaner user flow, a more intuitive interface, or a scalable system that empowers teams to move faster.
Today, I’m a Design Lead at TechInsights, where I help shape an enterprise information platform used by the global semiconductor industry. My work spans everything from AI-powered discovery tools like Insightful Chat, to building design systems, to aligning product, marketing, and engineering around a shared vision of the customer journey.
Before that, I spent 15 years in agency and consulting, where I learned to adapt quickly and design across nearly every industry: retail, finance, hospitality, pharma, government, and media. I’ve led projects for some of North America’s most recognizable brands, including Walmart, Sobeys, RBC, Accor Hotels, and Scotiabank.
Along the way, I’ve also been a mentor, working with up-and-coming designers through Designlab. Teaching has shaped my own practice; it keeps me curious, grounded, and always learning from new perspectives.
At my core, I believe design is about more than polished screens. It’s about systems, journeys, and people—building experiences that not only work beautifully, but that help teams and businesses grow in sustainable ways.
When I’m not designing, you’ll probably find me mentoring, reading, prototyping new ideas, or running a D&D campaign with friends, always looking for the next way to connect stories, systems, and people.
